| Finishing a room |

Ouf basement is 2/3 finished. The other 1/3 is divided into a laundry room, an area for a bathroom and, a room about 12X12. A home improvement person will be adding the drop ceiling, floor tile, and walls to the 12X12 room. He gave us an estimate to do that. Since then I realized that I need a closet in the room, and 2 doors (one that leads to the bathroom and the other to the laundry room). We are not sure what the room will be (probably a multipurpose room). Any tips on making good use of the room, etc will be appreciated. Just like I forgot I needed a closet, (because I don't have enough storage place) anything that you think might be helpful will be appreciated.
