Gidday - Just wondering what everyone's feelings are after the Southern Hemisphere's tour of Europe. Is it a sign of what's to come in the RWC next year? Who's your favorite to take the Webb Ellis?

My Personal thoughts? England will be the most formidable NH team in the cup. Although I don't think their performance against Australia, and the AB's is much of an Indicator. You cannot discount a home advantage (and Australia will have next year, and to an extent, so will NZ), and you also can't discount the totally shocking refereeing we all saw. But England will be tough, and off memory, will be in the AB's pool from kickoff.

So I see a Australia/NZ Semi which will be the game of 2003. I think Aussie will have a huge advantage being at home, but It'll probably play in Sydney, and we all know how many Kiwi's live there.

Hard to say how strong either of these two teams will be given the games over 2002. The AB's have been chopped up so much over the last 6 months it's anyone's guess who'll be on the team, but I can't help but think Mitchel is up to something with all of this changing of the guard.

Hey mate, Havn't used this for ages either. I just logged in to stop the auto emails as I'm off to London on the Big OE this thursday.

On the Footy, we're looking sharp indeed. So are the English and French.

The Aussies will rise to the occasion, and if they can prove themselves vs Argentina in the opener, then I'm sure they'll make a Semi. And I think they'll meet NZ there.

The Other semi will be England vs France in my opinion.

I'll go out on a limb and predict a Grand final between NZ and England (who wouldn't?). This will be a titanic clash and I can't wait to watch it at a bar in London. I'm going for the kiwis to lift the cup, but only by way of patriotism, because both teams are excellent. I just hope it doesn't come down to kicking, I fear Wilkonsons hoof.

Dark horses for the tourniment would have to be Ireland with that monster of a man Woods.

Anyhoo, probably won't be back here for a while but will check up when I get organised, especially if the AB's win.

      See ya mate.

PS. If you're interested, sign up at www.rfu.com. It's the official pommie supporters site, but most people there are pretty realistic and good rugby convo to be had. I go under the handle "Anubis"
