A man in my parents' church said that drinking carrot-celery juice daily helped him beat cancer, even though when he was diagnosed the doctors told him he had a short time to live, and there was nothing they could do for him. By "beating cancer," he meant that when examined, there was not even a trace of cancer cells left in his body.
And I've heard that seaweed is good for fighting cancer.
So are carrots, celery, and seaweed good anti-cancer foods?
