| Should I but in with this family issue? |

Hi I don't know whether I should but in or not and help my mom out. I come from a traditional asian family. My dad can be controlling and manipulative sometimes. We have moved about 22 times so far. Each time my mom doesn't want to do it but goes along because my dad manipulates her into doing so. He says things like I will leave you and go on my own once he even cried when she wouldn't give in. When my mom refused to move from California to Colorado he told my mom that he would hold it against her if the property value of the house went down. I don't like seeing the emotional pain my mom goes through. Now he wants to buy another ranch house to live on the weekends. My mom has put her foot down and said no. I tried to but in but he told me to stay out of it. Everytime we move my mom goes through emotional pain. How can I help her without causing a family feud? I am lost and confused. I just want to leave home and be on my own and do everything my own way. |
