As a future teacher, I like to know answers to the following questions so that I choose and develop a style of teaching and management. I would really appreciate your ideas, experiences and/or knowledge.

    1. What would be some approaches if a kid in class falls too much behind or never understands or gets lessons when they are taught. What should I do? What different approaches are there for me to try and succeed?

    2. What would be your approach to a kid who constantly misbehaves in your class. What should be done if the kid continues to misbehave even when he/she is shown his/her consequences.
