chloroplasts and fluorescence katloan 03/20/07
    when chloroplasts are illuminated with continous low intensity white light there is a low level of fluorescence emiited. if the redox potential of the chloroplasts is decreased to 0mV, corresponding to a reduced plastiquinone pool, teh fluorescence is increase several fold. can you please exlain this happen?
