    ............................................ Apparently simple questions, like "What is goodness?" are among the most difficult to answer. Is obscurity and even a degree of unintelligibility to be expected in profound explanations?

Obscurity is not the child of Profundity.
Is understanding of things metaphysical considered profound? To someone who understands, the answers seem so simple.
Why would intuition dwell in the realm of the the unexplained? Most of us experience it daily. It obviously exists. Does it HAVE to be palpable to be proven to exist?
I don't think so.
People tend to deny the most basic of our abilities!
Go figure!
