criminals&how a bank deals with them sunnier 08/08/05
when fraud happens with savings accounts
i found out today(after not checking my statements for a while)that it appears to be someone withdraw money from this account-i was out of town that day.
i called the fraud dept. of the bank and they are going to research it and then i have to call the fraud division tomorrow and they can change my numbers etc.
i have had friends that this happened to and it is common. just scares me that someone would have id that would appear to be me.
i will defend myself here to the max...apparently they forged my signature though.
who are these weird theives that do this crap???and if they do not give me the funds back i will get my attorney involved here. scared.

sunnier,

This type of thing is happening more and more every day in all the different parts of the world.
You are doing the right thing by following the proper channels.
I am sure that the bank will honour its commitments when they discover the real truth.

Good luck,

ROLCAM.
