turtles bbbyrd asked this question on 5/18/2002: hello; my daughter recently found a tiny turtle near the pond in a neighborhood park in the northeasstern tip of arkansas. she wants to know what sort of turtle it is and how she can tell if it is male or female. there is no pet store near her.
